The SFW Hub Torquay takes place within the dedicated Meeting + Event space in the main hotel building.

Stallholder Setup Window: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (Both days via dedicated drop-off zone outside the venue).
Getting Here & Parking
Parking & Equipment Transport
Hampton by Hilton Torquay does not have its own on-site, self-run, or valet parking. All visitors and stallholders should use the public Harbour Car Park (TQ1 1DD) (Pay & Display).
Stallholders can transport equipment from Harbour Car Park using the lift (located near Premier Inn), which takes you directly to the road next to the hotel.
Public Transport
- Bus: Strand Harbour stops (Routes 12, 22, GOLD) — 2-minute walk.
- Train: Torquay Railway Station — 15–20 minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride.
Accessibility
- Step-Free Access: Full step-free level access throughout the venue, main exhibition space, and workshop rooms.
- Lift Access: Elevator from the Harbour Car Park level takes you to the road next to the hotel.
- Restroom Facilities: Ground floor public restrooms are fully accessible and wheelchair friendly.
- Aisle Layouts: Wide floor spacing designed to comfortably accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and double pushchairs.
- Assistance Animals: Guide dogs and registered service animals are welcome across all event areas.
