Repair & Simple Alterations Drop-In

Drop-in session — no booking required
Bring along up to two garments and get hands-on advice and guidance on simple clothing repairs and alterations.
Learn practical ways to extend the life of your clothes using both creative and traditional techniques, including Sashiko and Boro-inspired mending, patching, appliqué, simple darning and basic hem adjustments.
Whether you have a garment that needs repairing, adjusting or simply needs a little attention, this relaxed drop-in session will help you explore ways to repair and refresh it rather than replace it.
Please bring up to two garments of your choice.
Donation: £4 per person towards materials.
